The client had three non-negotiable requirements. First, every restroom station must be fully ADA-compliant — several senior executives and board members attending the gala used wheelchairs or mobility aids. Second, the restroom experience had to feel premium, not like a typical portable restroom. Initial Assessment

Placement Strategy

We created two restroom stations positioned on opposite sides of the outdoor event area:

Both stations were connected to the main event areas via paved, ADA-accessible pathways with directional signage that matched the event's branding. We installed string lighting along the pathways for evening visibility and aesthetic continuity with the venue's decor.

Servicing Schedule

Given the upscale nature of the event, we implemented an intensive servicing schedule with three daily service visits per day and a dedicated restroom attendant during the evening gala hours. The attendant maintained supplies, wiped surfaces between uses, and ensured the facilities remained presentation-ready at all times.

Outcome

The deployment exceeded the client's expectations on every measure:

• Zero accessibility complaints — all wheelchair-using guests reported easy, dignified access to restroom facilities
